Todos Santos is characterized by its rugged remoteness, close proximity to the southern tip of Baja California, the spirituality and creativity of its people, and above all else, an interesting array of exciting outdoor activities.
Sea lion swimming and snorkeling, at the permanent sea lion colony of Los Islotes, is one of life’s great adventures. On this tour, you will also get to see dolphins, whales, mantas, sea turtles, coastal birds and more on the boat ride out.
When it comes to kayaking, the place to go is the Sea of Cortez. This UNESCO World Heritage site is home to 39% of the world’s total number of marine mammal species. Located a short and easy drive from Todos Santos, it is a truly unique experience not to be missed.
The Sierra de la Laguna Biosphere Reserve interpretive hike, on the other hand, is in one of Baja California’s most beautiful, but least explored areas. The reserve is home to an incredible diversity of plant and animal life. You’ll hike as high up the mountain as you can and still get home before dark, but keep in mind this tour is recommended for experienced hikers only.
