Exotic spicy and delicious, Mezzanine’s authentic Thai restaurant will leave your tastebuds dancing. Celebrity Thai Chef Dim Geefay has brought the tantalizing flavors of her country to the Mezzanine kitchen, serving up a traditional mix of fragrant Thai curries, crisp and tangy salads made with herbs grown in their own garden, fresh seafood delicacies and of course the classic Pad Thai tasting just as it does from the streets of Bangkok.

Also serving the best café-style breakfast menu in Tulum and for those wanting a local flavor a casual beach cuisine menu served with true Mexican flair. Sip on locally inspired, signature cocktails, shaken, stirred and muddled by their talented bar team. Lounge on bean bags and listen to the toe tapping smooth grooves and world beats that Mezzanine is famous for. Watch the action on Tulum’s vast white sand beach under billowing shade sails from the privacy of the expansive patio or secluded sundeck.

Experience truly authentic fresh local cuisine at La Zebra Mexican Cantina, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner overlooking the sapphire blue Caribbean Sea. A soaring open-beam palapa roof, gentle breezes, and casual-chic ambiance make for the perfect tropical setting for every meal.

Zebra uses fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, including fresh seafood, abundant fresh local fruits and vegetables, and herbs from their own organic herb garden. Their new “mixology” program has produced popular drinks like fresh sugar cane juice mojitos, hand-crafted cocktails or maybe a cucumber margarita or delicately infused tequilas, a firey mezcal or a local artesanal beer.

Sundays are extremely popular as Zebra hosts their famous barbecue, salsa classes and beach dancing until late into the night.

Posada Margherita

This rustic Italian gem isn’t a secret anymore, but that doesn’t make it any less alluring. This, intimate, open-walled Italian restaurant forgoes menus and sticks with a consistent rotation of a handful of pastas made in-house and two to three dishes built around fish caught that day. Each meal begins with an antipasto platter that includes bruschetta, focaccia, and cauliflower. Their white-washed patio is an open invitation to spend hours sipping wine in front of the Caribbean.

Kids love Posada for its gentle Golden Retriever Blanca, an aged grande dame who graciously naps while toddlers swoon over her. The owners, a cool young Italian couple, also have a chic boutique that’s a great place to pick up stylish, artisanal jewelry.
